But, since the only thing I have time for is a short update on the house, I will do so.
The listing realtor emailed our realtor and told us that the bank had approved the short sale... but the mortgage insurance (I guess they had PMI) did NOT approve the short sale. So NOW... the short sale approval is switching hands because it's going to now be labeled a standard short sale instead of a "Pre-approved" short sale. This means that we will be waiting another 30-45 days until we hear.... REALLY!? If I didn't love this house so much, and see that it had everything that I wanted... I would be moving on. So, we might not even know until mid-march... ugh! This stinks! Oh well... I have prayed many times for the Lord to teach me patience... He's dishing out the big guns on this lesson!!! :)
Well.. that's it for now. When my wonderful parade of family visitors stops next week, I may actually catch up on blogging... we'll see!
