On Monday we had our home inspection and the termite inspection and everything went WONDERFUL! We got a signature from the bank saying the house will not be sold to anyone else, and our agreement is good.... so we are just waiting on the lawyers to tell us exactly when they can get the paperwork together. It will be no later than the 14th of April. AAHH! I just can't wait to be in my own home again, and this one is gonna be wonderful! ;)
